The Boundary of the Boundless God

2020 Symposium Plenary Abstract by Fr Stephen Freeman

GOD'S SELF-REVELATION to humanity is encountered primarily in boundaries that mark what is “holy.” The Law and the Gospel both provide clear demarcations that outline our knowledge of God. Those same boundaries mark and reveal what it means to be human. To be human is to be like God – to be holy even as He is holy.
